Retire & Refine Consulting Placement Services - Step by step:
Retire & Refine Consulting offers placement services at no charge to the client.
**INITIAL CALL AND CONSULTATION**
Call us at 561.270.4825 to schedule a (always complimentary) consultation call! During this introductory call, we'll collect essential information, and ask questions about your unique situation and needs as a starting point. During our call, we also schedule a consultation which can take place at your home or via Zoom; in person is preferable. At this time, we will delve deeper into your (or your loved one's) medical and physical care requirements, cognitive status, social and lifestyle preferences, location desires, financial situation, and budget. This consultation is a great opportunity for us to get acquainted. Our goal as your advocate and consultant is to help you navigate the senior living industry -not only to find the best communities for you or your loved ones but also assist with every aspect of this transition.
**COMMUNITY PROSPECTS**
We will identify 4-6+ Senior Living communities that fully align with your criteria. You may choose to visit all suggested communities or narrow it down. We recommend touring at least 3-4 communities. We manage every aspect of the tours, including introducing you/your loved one to the communities, scheduling visits, and providing transportation on the tour days. We'll also request that community brochures be sent to you before the tours.
**COMMUNITY TOURS**
Community tours generally last 1.5-2 hours and may include lunch. We prefer to limit tours to two per day, but we can accommodate three if desired. We will gladly provide transportation or meet you at the first community. Throughout each tour, we support you and your family and provide a comprehensive checklist of questions to consider asking. Our checklist is thorough. Questions most people wouldn't think to ask. We document and summarize each visit and share this information with you and/or your family for reference.
**TRANSITION TO NEW HOME**
Retire & Refine Consulting will maintain contact with the client throughout their searching phase to their move to their chosen community. We will collaborate with the Marketing and Executive Director at the selected community to assist with lease signing and ensure the client receives the best available incentives and deals. We will offer our client ongoing support during this transition including referrals to services as needed.
**FOLLOW UP SUPPORT**
Once a community is established, we will maintain regular follow-ups to ensure that expectations regarding your new community, the comfort, and safety of you and/or your loved ones are being met. Our commitment is to provide ongoing support and open communication, ensuring that you feel confident in your new home and/or the care your loved one is receiving. Your well-being is our top priority, and we are here to assist you every step of the way.
CONCIERGE
SERVICES
Sometimes, families face challenges during transitions, decision-making, and navigating the complex healthcare system. Having someone independent of the family's emotional dynamics can be reassuring. In addition to our placement services, we assist by providing custom concierge services including but not limited to:
