For over 25 years, Tami built lasting relationships in the world of premium wine and spirits, as a WSET III certified Sommelier, showcasing her dedication and passion for excellence. During that time as a sales leader and District Manager, Tami learned that success isn't about pushing product, it's about understanding what people truly need and delivering it with care and expertise.

Retire & Refine Consulting was launched bringing that same philosophy to senior living placement - building long lasting relationships and finding solutions that meet our client's needs. Our journey started in 2009 with personal experiences that highlighted the emotional and logistical difficulties families encounter during transitions.
